And that is why we created ”Touchless Visitor Entry” a new feature update in the CoReceptionist app.
Touchless Visitor Entry is a zero interaction check-in process for visitors and just like before it takes only a few seconds to complete. We developed this feature keeping in mind that the efficiency and safety of your workplace are not compromised.
How does it work?
Once the feature is enabled from the Admin dashboard, the welcome screen changes to the below image.
Once the visitor is at your office reception, they have to scan QR code using their phone camera, and once the scan is complete, they will be redirected to a URL to fill in their details such as name, the purpose of visit, email id, name of employee they are here to meet, etc. On completing the registration process a new QR code is generated.
The new QR code in the visitor device will be scanned by the visitor using CoReceptionist App in the tablet/kiosk at the reception. Check-in is complete.
To check out, the visitor has to scan the same QR code in their phone using the CoReceptionist App in the tablet/kiosk at the reception.
