With everybody returning to their offices, the biggest concern will be the safety of all present in the office premises. Keeping this fact in mind, we recently introduced the Touchless Visitor Entry feature.
Here is how you enable it from your CoReceptionist Dashboard.
In the Navigation Panel on the left, go to Configuration
Scroll and locate the “Enable Touchless Entry”. Refer to the below image.
Using the toggle button, enable it.
Your Welcome Screen Changes to the below image.
The visitor will scan the QR code using their mobile camera and will be redirected to a URL, to complete the registration process. Upon completing the registration, they will receive a new QR Code in their device.
They have to scan the new QR code using the CoReceptionist App in the Tablet/Kiosk at the reception. With this the Visitor successfully checks-in.
After completing their purpose of the visit, to check-out, the Visitor has to scan the same QR code in their device using the CoReceptionist App in the Tablet/Kiosk at the reception.
