What is the difference between Users & Contacts?
 
 
These are individuals with access to view and edit the Web Portal and iPad application. The level of access depends on the role assigned to the user.
 
 
Employee or hosts, selected by the visitors and notified about their arrival.
 
Get in touch with the account owner to add yourself as a user or contact, get in touch with the account owner. You will receive an invite through your email id.
