How can I view visit logs?
The visit logs give you an insight into people who visited your office in a day. Most importantly, it will have a visitor log from day one of using the CoReceptionist software.
Go to Dashboard, In the Navigation Panel on the left, and under ‘General’`, locate ‘Visitor Logs’.
You will be able to view-
- Visitor Photo
- Visitor’s Name/Company
- Visitor Code
- Check-In
- Check Out
- Visiting
- Action
There are filters to streamline the search process if you are searching for specific visitor entry.
