Is it possible to have a visitor sign-in only, i.e, a digital logbook?
Absolutely, Yes!
You can configure it for each visitor type individually or create a new one.
Follow the below steps-
- In the navigation panel on the left under ‘Setting’, go to ‘Configurations’.
- For an example-Go to ‘Edit’ for Check-in type
- Scroll down and locate ‘Enable Employee Selection‘.
Turn it off. (That’s the default setting). In fact, all other settings are ‘NO’ by default. Let that be if you want a simple visitor sign-in. Or with just a click you can include NDA’s, capture images, etc. - Scroll up and click on ‘Save Visitor Type’.
