Below are the most common issues faced by our customers related to badge printing or printer-
  • -41 Wrong Roll Type
  • -15 Printer status retrieval failed.
How to troubleshoot these errors-
-41 Wrong Roll Type
This error generally will pop up when you haven’t selected the accurate roll type in your iPad while connecting to the printer.
All you have to do is take the label roll out and study the bottom of the cartridge. The plastic holders on the label roll have holes in different configurations. It depends on what label is supposed to be used, and a three-digit number next to them. That should tell us what roll type you have.
The default setting is 62mm RBW which has to be changed to 62mm

In case, you have the below roll, use the setting 62 mm RB  that appears in the list on the iPad while pairing with the printer.
