Do I have to move to Sign In App?
The Receptionist is now part of Sign In Solutions, which publishes a guide for moving accounts to Sign In App. Either way you'll set up your check-in again — this page is about whether to do that with us instead.
Will my safety video still skip for returning visitors?
Yes. Add your video as an agreement, then set how often returning visitors are asked again — for example, once every 365 days. A visitor who watched it recently goes straight through.
Does my visitor history come with me?
Keep an export of your past visitor logs from The Receptionist for your records. Your CoReceptionist log starts from your first check-in with us.
What does it cost?
Basic is $504 per site per year, billed annually, with up to 50 hosts. Watchlist and U.S. denied-party screening are included on every plan.
