Questions, answered
Can visitors see who else has been in today?
No. There's no visible visitor log on the kiosk. Choose Secure check-out — visitors enter their email, visitor code or phone — so today's names are never listed.
Can an assistant be notified instead of the attorney?
Yes. Each person's notification rules can send email, SMS or Slack to themselves or to another contact, such as an assistant.
Can clients sign an NDA on arrival?
Yes. Clients read and sign on screen, receive a copy by email, and the signed copy is kept with the visit.
How do we find a past visit?
Search the Visitor Log by name or date range, open the full record, or export the log as CSV or PDF.
Can a client team check in together?
Yes. With group sign-in on, the lead visitor adds everyone with them, and each gets their own badge.
