Does CoReceptionist make us ITAR compliant?No software can — ITAR compliance is your organization's program. CoReceptionist enforces the front-desk part of it consistently (screening, escorts, acknowledgments) and gives you the records to show it.
Which lists do you screen against?The U.S. government's Consolidated Screening List, which combines export-screening lists from the Departments of Commerce, State and the Treasury — plus any internal watchlist you maintain.
What happens when a visitor matches?The visit is held before any badge prints. Your security reviewer is alerted with the full context and a reference number, and their decision is recorded with the visit. The visitor never sees an alarm.
Where is visitor data stored?In a U.S. AWS region. We do not offer an EU or UK storage region today.
What hardware do we need?An iPad or Android tablet for the kiosk, plus a label printer if you want badges. Visitors can also check in from their own phone by QR code.
What does it cost?From $50 per location per month. Screening, escorts, NDAs and log export are on every plan — there is no enterprise tier to unlock them. Try it free for 14 days, no credit card.
