Questions, answered
Can the kiosk carry our brand?
Yes. Your logo, colors, welcome text, button labels and screen-saver images are set in Brand and design, and kiosks pick them up on their next sync. CoReceptionist stays in the footer.
Can guests be invited ahead of time?
Yes. Pre-register guests with a QR invite by email or SMS — one-time codes for a single visit, permanent codes for regulars. On arrival they scan it at the kiosk.
How do members know their guest has arrived?
Each member can be notified by email, SMS or Slack, and arrivals can also post to a Slack or Microsoft Teams channel for the front desk.
Can a group check in together?
Yes. With group sign-in on, the lead guest adds everyone with them by name, and each person gets their own badge.
How is it priced?
Per location, from $50 a month, with unlimited check-ins. Plans differ by the number of hosts. Every feature is included in the 14-day free trial, with no credit card.
