Badge printer errors and fixes

The kiosk shows a named error with the fix when a badge doesn't print. The common ones are below.

Printer cover is openPress both sides of the cover down until it clicks. Wait for the status light to turn green, then print again.

Paper jamOpen the cover and gently remove the jammed label without pulling against the cutter. Re-seat the roll, close the cover and print again.

No roll detected or roll not recognisedRe-seat a 62 mm DK-2205 or DK-2251 roll. Then use Find printer and auto-set up roll in Printer set-up.

Could not connect or lost connectionCheck the printer is on and its wireless light is lit. In Printer set-up tap Refresh and select the printer again.

Printer is busy or too hotWait for the current job to finish, or leave it idle for a few minutes to cool. If the Editor Lite light is on, hold the Editor Lite button until it goes out.

Printer model not supportedThe kiosk prints on the Brother QL-820NWB. Select it from the printer list.
