Send invitations in a visitor’s language and let phones check in in theirs.

Choose the invite languageWhen you pre-register a visitor, pick an Invite language. It appears when your company offers more than one language and defaults to your default language.

What the visitor getsThe invitation email — including your own invite template — arrives in that language, and its link opens the pre-registration page in the same language. Arabic emails read right to left.

Touchless check-in on a phoneThe page uses the phone’s language when your company offers it, otherwise your default. Visitors can switch language on the first step.

Pre-registration pageOpens in the invite’s language; the visitor can switch on the first step. Their answers are stored the same way as at the kiosk.
