Translate NDAs and agreements

Because visitors sign NDAs and agreements, a person must approve each translation before visitors see it.

1
Find agreements waitingIn Settings → Languages → Translations, choose the Needs review filter. Each agreement has a title and its text.
2
Check the text carefullySelect Edit to correct the translation. Names, placeholders like {first_name} and the word NDA are kept as they are. Have a fluent speaker or your legal team review it if the agreement matters legally.
3
Approve itSelect Approve. The kiosk shows the translation from its next sync. Until you approve, a visitor who picks another language reads and signs the original.
4
When you change the NDAEditing the original NDA sends its translations back to review, so visitors never sign an out-of-date translation.
5
What gets storedThe signed NDA PDF records which language the visitor signed in and the exact text they saw, with labels and the date in that language.
